Baseball season is my favorite time of the year. The weather is warm and families come together to cheer on their players. Youth baseball shines brightly in central Texas as is evident with the quality fields and complexes built in Georgetown, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander and the new fields in Taylor.
Baseball season also means it is home selling season and this year home sales have come out of the gate hotter than ever. What does this mean? Well, if you have been holding off selling your home becasue the market was flat, it is time to get a sign in the yard. Sales are up, inventory is down and prices are quickly on the rise, rebounding to levels not seen since 2005.
This turn in the market means that buyers can’t be sitting on the bench in the dugout. Interest rates are remarkably low which leverages your buying power. Even if there are a few bumps on your credit report I can provide alternatives that can get you in a home or your first investment property.
